Certificate of Authenticity Tag

Items must have their Certificate of Authenticity tags still attached.

Condition

Items are returned in the same condition as they were received.

Select any carrier of your preference at your own expense for ultimate flexibility. This is the only option for international returns.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds are usually processed within 4 business days following the receipt of the return. Choose between a refund to your original form of payment or receiving FASHIONPHILE Store Credit.

Special Items Consideration: For fine jewelry, watches, and Hermes Birkins & Kellys, the processing time may take up to 10 days.
